![]() ![]() Personally I’m uncertain about what the best option is. However you lose out on the Breakthrough tactic which I consider to be very good. Mobile infantry provides a lot more general bonuses to your infantry and especially your motorized infantry. A risky tactic to deal with this might be to intentionally let the enemy make a single breakthrough, which you might encircle afterwards. In other words: you’re now in a losing war of attrition. High organization makes you more likely to stand and fight when stalemated, at the cost of elevated manpower and equipment losses. This puts you in a bad spot when stalemated or in line-to-line combat when no breakthroughs or encirclements are possible. Needs room to maneuver.Īlmost no direct combat bonuses. Loses utility in low supply zones and low mobility zones like mountains and jungles. Industrially the most expensive land doctrine. Almost all bonuses go to tanks, making you dependent on them. Saves manpower when everything happens according to plan. Very high movement speed and planning bonus speed. Highest organization, which helps your troops to keep up with a long, sweeping advance. This land doctrine is typically used by Germany and it suits them well.Įasier to make encirclements or to avoid encirclement of your own troops. However it is a one trick pony: if it fails to avoid said war of attrition you’re worse off than with any of the other land doctrines. It has one goal and one goal only: beat the enemy quickly and avoid a war of attrition. This land doctrine is made for offensive action, quick deepstrikes to strategic rear areas and encirclements. I do not claim for my knowledge to be perfect so if you have different opinions or views on some of the things I have written feel free to comment. ![]() At some point I felt it might be useful that I submitted my own analysis/guide somewhere, so that I didn't keep what insights I believed to have obtained solely for me. For quite some time I've taken the time to study the various land doctrines and I have studied what opinions and guides posted online that I could find. ![]()
